Hello All,
It has been a spell since the site has been updated, sorry about that. Actually, it is good news as the church is growing by leaps and bounds which is a good thing.
Since Pastor Mack and Linda have come on the scene and the spirit of the Lord has descended on the scene also we find the spirit in the church is surging.
Last Sunday we had in attendance 101 which is excellent for Wesley Chapel as we have not had those kinds of numbers in years.
Sunday School has been running around 25-30 with Joe as our teacher.
Pastor Mack goes by the book and we are getting the church reorganized and being sure things are done by the Books...(Manual, and Bible).
If you have not been here and heard the Messages by Pastor Mack then you are in for a treat...
On Sundays most people can't wait till the sermon is over and they can head for their favorite restaurant...not here in Wesley Chapel...the time flies and most of the time you are sorry the service is over. The messages are ALWAYS a rewarding experience with the spirit being with us.
With the singing led by Kathy Morris, her husband Al and Sue Ellen the music brings the voices of music and scripture into the service and is a blessing in itself.
For an update on Pastor Mack and Linda, they found a house they loved and after months of shuffling paperwork and much prayer they are now in their new residence. What excitement that is..for them and for the congregation to know that OUR God still answers prayer. We are a blessed people!
We are a church that still has Sunday Evening service at 6:00pm, and Wednesday Evening Serivce at 7:00 pm. We are having excellent turnout for these services.
We hope and pray that if you are looking for a place to worship that you will stop by and visit us.
We love new folks and you will find that the congregation here will welcome you with open arms. It does not take long to feel you are a part of the church.
