What's Happening at WCCN?
Sorry for any delay in getting the website updated but we have been busy at Wesley Chapel!
You might ask just what is happening...well our congregation is growing...not only on Sunday morning but our Wednesday evening services and Sunday evening services are also growing.
We continue to be amazed as God works in our church to bring in new folks and bring back some of our old friends. Ears are hearing the word and are responding to the scriptures as they are brought to us by Pastor Mack Brown. He and his gracious wife Linda have warmed our hearts as they join in to make our place of worship a place where God can work his miracles.
If you like attending Wednesday evenings you will love attending ours, Pastor Mack is taking us through the study of the TEN COMMANDMENTS. One commandment each Wednesday Evening. Are you following Gods commandments?? You will know by the ends of these sessions.
Sunday night has been inspirational as well and many are starting to join us to hear the word.
Coming events: We are planning on having a Thanksgiving dinner ($7.00 donation) where you will partake of a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner along with music by "4 Evermore". This event will be held November 21st at 6:30pm. Plan on attending this event.
We are planning our "Job Fair" as we are searching for your GIFT. We need Children Sunday School Teachers, Teachers assistants for the youth. We need a Director for Junior Church and Assistants to help with Jr. Church, we need those to help us with the music, ushers, those to visit, greeters, callers and many more positions. WHERE DO YOU FIT IN? WHAT DOES GOD HAVE PLANNED FOR YOU? We need you... God needs you. Listen to what HE is whispering in your ear.
We do hope to see you this Sunday, if you are looking for a new church then you have found it right here in Wesley Chapel/Zephyrhills. We are located on SR 54 W, just across from the County library and next door to Keeps Carpet.

Things are Happening here at Wesley Chapel Nazarene Church!!.
This has been a great 2 weeks here at Wesley Chapel Nazarene Church. Our services have been an inspiration to all who attend. Pastor Mack Brown has brought us messages that touch the heart and messages that encourage you to be a participant in your church and put your Christian experience to work. As Pastor Mack says...faith is not enough...you have to put that faith to work. He challenged us to show that faith by being here Saturday morning Oct. 17th for a work around the church day. Everyone will chip in to spiffy up our sanctuary, kitchen, outside area..by sweeping, vacuum, dusting, mopping. Our place of worship must reflect the Greatness of our God. We expect to see everyone here on Saturday...
We are seeing folks coming back from the North. This is a good sign that they are all heading for warmer climate. We expect to see the congregation grow in the next few weeks. Please be sure to welcome them back to Zephyrhills and Wesley Chapel Nazarene Church.
We had 9 children this past Sunday for Junior Church which Kathy Morris is teaching and leading. Kathy is excited and so are we all. Praise the Lord for his goodness to us in allowing us to reach these young hearts. It has been sometime since we have seen and had this many children in church.
This Wednesday October 14th Pastor Mack will finish up his lesson on the Book of Ruth. This has been exciting and if you can make it please do. Pastor Mack has a own way of introducing the Book of Ruth that you just do not want to miss a session.. The following week will be Missionary Wednesday.
Sunday Nights also are a growing trend in the church. As things in the world become more complex and frustrating the church is where you will find peace and fellowship and a way to face the world when we seem to just throw up our hands and ask what can I do? In this day and time we need that extra day to fellowship with Christian friends and spend time in Gods House.
The District Revival is to start October 23 - October 29th. Make reminder notes throughout your house and when you see the note stop and say a prayer for this revival!!
This revival is a touring revival throughout the district. October 23 at 7:00 pm we will try to get car loads to go to the Lakeland Lake Gibson church for the revival. Please plan on making note of this day.
September 27th was Alabaster Sunday: We collected $352.00 for missions. Thank you all that participated in this giving.
Oct. 10th we had Fellowship and Movie Night. We had snack foods and watched the Jesus Film. The film was just great and the snacks was more than we needed. It was a great night for fellowship
October 18th: Pastor Appreciation Day. While Pastor Mack has only been with us a short time he already has been a great addition to our church and services. Let us please remember him on the 13th October. We will have a march around the church and a basket in the front where you may drop in a card/ gift to let pastor Mack and Linda know how we appreciate them.
October 24th Saturday we will have "Fabulous Fall Fashion Show" at 1:00 PM here at WCCN. This fashion Show will be sponsored by Just Fabulous Boutique and we will have a lunch also. The cost is a $3.00 donation. reservations are required. This will be a fun filled day. Please plan on attending and bringing a guest..just let us know. Thanks
Again we are a church that has decided not to close our doors on Sunday nights and Wednesdays so please plan on attending those services as it will keep you refreshed in the word of God and will carry you through the weeks when frustrations would otherwise diminish your fellowship with God.
